the original picture was rather the call of duty 4, but I edited it, and as you can see I edited it all

man, look your files title:
it says New "Counte-Strike 2D" Splash
and if it is CoD4, why theres a CS2D logo on there and why name is "Counte-Strike 2D Splash" ?

and its Counte"r"-Strike, not Counte-Strike!

The font in which you wrote the Counter-Strike 2D sooo doesn't fit the rest of the picture. The rest is reasonable though.

i dont download it because i have my custom splash..
