V2.1 of BEHIND THE NUKE
-----------------------

ADV stands for adventure,a tag I made up to separate my maps from that of the generic NPC maps we see most of the time.This means the map has more entities and detail added than any other NPC map out there.

Story:You Forgot Who You Are and Where You Are.You Try To Find Answers.The Only Thing You Remember Is That You Were Struck In Head And Was Helped By A Stranger.You Slowly Regain Consciousness And Begin To Awake In This Strange World.

=Added path to force players to go at least near the lab instead of them going directly to the nearest outpost

Tutorial For Adding maps to your CS2D map collection properly =

*Put ogg vorbis and .wav files to sfx
*Put Light map,shadow map and NPC into the gfx files
*adv_behindthenuke_v2.map into maps
*HL2 TILES WILL GO INTO THE GFX "TILES"

Don't use shadows and lights on big maps! (bigger than 100x100) My cs2d crashes! I will remove that shadow map n light map sprites from this map! But good map!

Game boosters don't speed up CS2D. Mainly cause they speed up the processes by putting off other software thingys.

The funny thing is, if you use a game booster, it shouldn't increase the FPS or texturing shit AT ANY RATE. Just delete all this gibberish bullshit on your map and tom doesn't have to make his dad buy a new computer (which clearly wouldn't improve quality a damn).

Cuchu you must be some ignorant snotty dumb fuck.You fucking moron , hardware sets apart from the fucking power outtage , thats the reason why we have 2 main components of hardware for games which are RAM and the Video Card.If we were to only use power we would get nothing to actually write each pixel we see on screen making it useless to actually buy hardware.Also I was just suggesting him what were his problem and some typical suggestions.Summary for you troll : Get the fuck out troll with your moronic swears and crap.

Those three reasons don't make sense at all. He could also not download your map to make sure his PC doesn't crash.

- First thing: How the hell could your hardware have a lack of POWER to write TEXTURES. The whole fucking PC is FLOODED with power, cause it's adapted to a goddamn POWER SOURCE. Hardware doesn't render shit AT ALL!

- Second thing: No shit sherlock. 30 NPC's take fuckillions of graphical memory to spawn. It could also be the hugeass LIGHTING file. You could also use some Flare1.bmp's instead.

- Third thing: Dude, if he had a memory leak it wouldn't fucking affect his CS2D map as much as it would affect his whole C, D and any memory stick.

Buying a new PC wouldn't change your map moron.

I'm not really tech savvy but I will give some main points

*First thing could be that your hardware doesn't have enough power to write all the textures needed without CS2D of course crashing

*Second could be associated with the amount of NPCs I added (About 30 + All will contaminate again in 180 seconds or 3 minutes)

*Third could be that you have a memory leak..

I would suggest buying a New PC not just for this map but also in newer games.Also thanks for the short feedback the other guy (cuchu) who rated 3/5 hasn't even DLed the map such a douche troll -.-

Yep that's really really old,but if you really want to play the game without lag I can make a special lite version (not as much npcs 50% removed and remove lights).

Intel Pentium M 1.7GHz... I know it's old.

I know what is wrong. My CS2D can't handle the light&shadow map so I deleted them and it works now.
I like it!

Huh?Didn't crash on mine I even lowered the settings of shadows and lights to pretty much low,what are your specs?

EDIT : Also cuchu I haven't heard of any news on what you think of my map also I'm betting you didn't even bother to download it *sigh* ...

Tom : Those are placeholders as I will put new ones in v3.This map was made in January 2011 I just added shadows and lights you will have to wait before I pump in more things.

Cuchulainn : How many times are you gonna give me 3 to your blind delicate eyes.Also the flags have a reason if you actually played,they serve as indicators as to where each outpost resides as the map is huge and is like a labyrinth.

The NPC sprites suck ass, you should really get better ones.

The words in the texts all start with a capital letter, I really hate that.

Too fucking much flags and other gibberish stuff. Just make 1 single sprite or something for those flags instead of them!

Map has been edited to V2,that means I've added a decent amount of things to the map.

=/ most of my maps get noticed after the first 10 minutes but not this one I guess .. RATE + DOWNLOAD imma be begging you you will have fun or your some kind of troll

Other note:
Also it seems to be that the quick preview screenshots haven't changed but when you click them you will notice it changed.I think the problem is with my internet dunno.
