Hello guys, here I made second part to the previous map .
Couple of people asked me if I will make a sequel, and indeed i did.

Here are some guidelines how to play map:
use mp_luamap 1
use lightning
use 2d tiles (3d makes sprites weird)
max 4 id ingame (from id 1 to id 4)

play on deathmatch or team deathmatch

Credits:
@user useigor: on gfx
@user PowerLinkzor: on gfx
@user Shrepard: on ideas (indirectly), shared gfx and sfx
valve on sounds (half life 1, half life 2, half life 2 episode 2)
     And some credits to people who are "characters" in map, well basicaly same as before @user Leumas Suppe: as main character, @user T-69: as side character, and myself.

What can you do:
√ Play map as much as you want
√ Play with anyone, use on server either offline or online
√ share on any site you want, spread it's content
× claim as your own

@user crazy junkman Wolfgang: You could use deadly tile setting on some black tile (or unused) NPCs avoids it alot.You could use sprite to cover the tile and make sure it's not cover players too.

Nothing to say about the map.

@user HPB: thanks ... as for the rotor blades, yes alien craft goes through, it's like craft is flying through the osprey and that's main cause for other osprey destroying (i hope you understand it xD) ... as for the teamgate part, i made that so players don't rush that part of map, and to be honest--cmon, it's a hole, you fall down in a hole you die , and npcs don't see that as barrier (maybe i should have put some obstacles or something so npcs can't run around)

Lighting is looks good, most scenes just suprising me
Yeah, the early part remembering me OP4 but more improved, I like it.
But blended-tiles (those roads) looks jaggy, maybe consider use sprites instead?

And the last, at near end area why the pit use cs2d entity Info_TeamGate? NPCs can go there.

The map is quite nice to play but it feels like that youre replaying opfor or part 1 again with some changed aspects.
Though it was nice to test it together with you and it still seems fun even when its like the first part so, I'd still recommend it.

Not really... The course is 90% same(or maybe not)

Here's an another example, you can also make the kevlars give you less AP, like 30, maybe 20, it's up to you.

Tamper with scripts of user useigor's file cs2d HL2D 0.0.0.4 . You'll see a script something like that.

@user Masea: that's actually brilliant idea about mp_kevlar command, i know i saw that many times in server settings but never tought of using it this way (i feel kinda stupid now ), thanks for suggestion will use it in future maps, and the hev stations will drop kevlar in future

And regarding mp_luamap 1, if player doesn't use that, well he will get stuck in begining... I know that is posible to make that to be default in map, but i never gived much attention to it...

edit: well i first planed to remake half life op4, but then project stalled, and then i used fresh new base to make demise2, so yes there are elements from half life op4

@user crazy junkman Wolfgang: Well... there are a lot of things that Lua may help you in this case.

To give a quick example, with writing 1 line and as well as using cs2d cmd mp_kevlar command, you can increase the effect of the basic armor(< 201) against damages you get. I know, you could say people "do not play this game without setting the cs2d cmd mp_kevlar to 0.8(can be between 0.0-1.0, I only gave an example) and left it to people's freedom as you did with saying "use mp_luamap 1". However, people love things when the things are prepared from someone already.

Moreover, Lua makes the things really easy to do as well. You wouldn't have needed to deal with all those entities if you had known how to code. And Lua will increase the map quality for sure.

I'm not saying the map is bad, do not get me from that way. But with some coding, this'd be better and better. So you better learn Lua first.

@user Masea: one of my friend always asked me that aswell, and suggested me to make hev drop kevlar armor, and that would mean no use of light armor, or heavy armor etc. , and if i would not use that kind of armors and only kevlar armor then the game would be too dificult... what kind of help you have in mind? what kind of lua scripts?
