Its an Riot Shotgun from Fallout : New Vegas.

This weapon doesnt have so many details cause it doesnt have them in New Vegas too. Sorry for that,its just an request. > IMAGE

@user BlazingStan: You can make two - Standard mag and extended OR, you can just make an extended mag attachment that can be pasted to the weapon.
