I made a skin from Fallout New Vegas, it's an NCR (New California Republic) Veteran Ranger. I know it's not that accurate but it's better than my old ones.

Well because in Fallout New Vegas, you can look at the iron sight of a pistol which is two-handed and you can just equip a pistol without looking the iron sight which is one-handed, I made two of them, the file has two handed pistol template (ct1.bmp) and one handed pistol template (ct1_Alt.bmp).

Who cares if it's a jacket. The inside of his clothing has to be same color but darker, nah?

His 'collar' would be the same color as the rest of his jacket, then? That would make more sense than making it same color as the helmet.
