In short, a .txt TEXT file (use notepad to make sure it's a TEXT file), needs to be placed in HomePack's 'Text' folder. type whatever message you want in this text file. Once a .txt TEXT file has been placed within the "Text" folder, the message generator will become available.
the ReadMe contains the answer i just gave. HomePack works that way. If you really can't figure it out, then you can ask for help

IMPORTANT:

UNZIP IT THAN PUT "HomePack"FOLDER IN YOUR CS2D FOLDER
It only works on b0104 or older version!!!
