Do you mean how to move the Zombie Plague mod file using FileZilla or what?
Please be more explicit when you want help or such, otherwise we can't understand nothing and don't use translators please, they sucks hard.

If you have admin script installedTry to find a command changing the game mode
If you don't have admin script installedEnter rcon password and execute the following command:

rcon sv_gm 4
