Hey,

Currently i have a VPS Hosting at my friend's company(velayer.com), but there are some issues with the OSs.
So i planning to move to an another one.

I really want to choose German server, so please do not prefer me an American one.
What i planning to host on it:

Apache w PHP

MySQL

SAMP server with active 150 players.

Server(Client app) for SAMP.

Minecraft Server 20-50 slot max

CS2D Servers.

And more.

My currently package is:

2 Core CPU

100GB HDD

You cannot host a 150 player SAMP server and a 50 player Minecraft server on a single VPS. You'll want at least a dual-core dedicated for that.

As for my recommendation, I dealt with www.server4you.net for a couple years during university; used their VPS service and rented a dedi for a year. Excellent support, nice interfaces and very good performance.

I'd go with what user

DannyDeth suggested. It seems like a solid VPS provider in my opinion. You can get a decent VPS for ~14€ and the likes. The server locations are Europe and USA, so it's pretty much perfect if you live near those areas.
