You can use dedicated for open server but if you don't like that
You can usually use your new game

P.S: If you want play in new game+you want play in anther server too

Just take cs2d go to new game
And after put your cs2d down
And open another cs2d
And play with that
(Do not close the first cs2d.Exe)
Or your server will be closed

And i forgot if you really need a clan(for server)

What is a clan server? It's not different from any other server.

Read the FAQ if others can't join your server. It's the most common problem. Note that your server will always be displayed in the LAN tab. This means nothing it can still work online if your router and firewall settings are correct.

They're for free I guess. Also you can buy 24/7 servers.
In this way I love Oxy2D servers.

You can just host a listen server after port forwarding, Is there any reason why you would prefer to use hamachi ?
