Use on of the programs:

° DeleD 3D CE with .b3d importer/exporter plugin
∗ Milksahpe 3D
° Blender with .b3d importer/exporter plugin
∗ Autodesk 3DS MAX

Game read files .3ds .b3d and .x so any program which export/save model to that file is good.
