You are either banned from all servers (the chances for that are VERY LOW so I do not think that this is the case). You have strange technical problems caused by your firewall, ISP or whatever.What exactly happens when you try to join a server? Do you get a timeout or a message that you are banned? It's all pretty self-explanatory...

Try logging in/logging out, or restart CS2D and reattempt to join a server.

Probably two. One was hosted on localhost and another one was hosted by his Turkish friend with sv_lan 1.
