In latvia we can get 200mbps for 25 euros ":P

Or if you want now you can get home pack for 28,45 euros
and it includes
Television
Internet (500mbps)
and a home phone.

Honestly,you can make screenshot of your PC Desktop,so nobody was arguing with you. Just open up statistics of your PC.

I hope that you know how to do screen.

Then just upload it on some kind of website and put here link.
