You both don't understand how CS2D works. Binds are clientsided and disallowing them doesn't stop you from spamming the server also they are even used for the basic controls, take a look at controls.cfg. It's neither possible nor makes it any sense to disallow them. It's basically like saying: "make it impossible to control CS2D so nobody can spam anymore".

Chat flood spam is already impossible. Please be more specific if you're talking about something else.

CS2D works.

Cs2d doesn't work.

Add a dot in the middle of the cursor/poiter and with that dot it has the difference blend mode, so the dot is a different colour to the colour under neigh the pointer. With this you can see in every terrain.

For a 3D FPSMMO I would only suggest 16 to be a max limit, but I would have a limit for each individual map. But this is not the case. Because CS2D has a map editor client side, that allows the client to create and upload their own individually made maps. Which I believe is some what cool feature, but the fault of it is that because the new game option allows the client to make his own server with his own maps, lua scripting, and player accessible abilities.
I do believe that their should be a max player limit for certain maps a 50x50 map could hve 24 as max.
A 20x20 could be 16 player limit max. That is just a example. But should help avoid pointless high player join limit.

Why do you post useless idea's that annoy the fuck out of everyone. Especially me because I now have to tell you why.

Maybe I want a 10x10 map with 32 players, it's not your business to change it, so stop it.

It wasn't a idea of mine Yates, I was just saying why it would be pointless to have a tiny map with so much players. And I gave an example.

If you don't want to bother reading my post then don't. no one is forcing you to read them. Its just your curiousity that makes you. So please don't be rude.

It's not though, get over the fact that not only you play CS2D. Stop trying to change it in ways that make it bloody annoying for the rest of us.

Don't play on small maps with high player slots, problem solved. - Also, if it's not your server (Which it probably isn't) you have no right to change it.

I see gibberish everywhere, no example.

How can I know that all of your comments are bloody nonsense all the time? - Well I guess I know now.

I haven't had any servers or joined any like that.

Oh my fucking God, then why do you want to change it!?

You make no sense at all. Changing something just because you want to when you have never been in such a situation.

@user SkullzOrig: I want you to read this post very carefully:

Small maps should not restrict player count automatically as that will result in incompatibilities where small maps that usually play with more players than the "small map is supposed to be allowed by logic of your idea". In short it's quite pointless, and that you're wasting everyone's time.

I'm siding with Yates.

I think you all read my comment or I was to lazy to explain right, it was not an idea. I was just saying the way some other games have it. I didn't say I wanted to change CS2D way. I was just trying to help say why increasing the player max limit higher than 32. Im saying 32 is a good limit and shouldn't be increased. Okay? now you both understand? Im not saying I want it changed Im sayingI want it same. Cause some previous people posted they wanted it increased. Please read previous comments before making things so complex.

@user Zurak: This has been requested before but it's not possible. At least not in a direct way. The server is not aware of the USGN nicks of users. It would have to request them from the masterserver first. I might implement something similar to cs2d lua cmd reqcld and cs2d lua hook clientdata though...

there is already a command for it @ http://www.unrealsoftware.de/files_show.php?file=7256 but its not functional enough, if you implement the exe it in the server itself it would be better for every1

also : destructible portals.
