It opens main menu everytime i change screens(i mean like alt+tab)
As I see, you bind some buttons to use actions but I don't have keyboard only screen for touch. How can i bind screen for touch?

You can bind it to volume buttons, menu button and back button. I think he mentioned that in future there will be fully on screen controls.
