this server is only bullshit 5min after connecting ...banned

search another server It is running an evil life mod that was approved by the original creator (same 2/ map), the administration framework used in that script is just a simple kick script.
Almost everyone is a moderator or admin on that server, it's not hard to believe you're banned.
