ok in game im T2K and people ahve been accusing me of cheating but i just got my new comp and i was messing with the proceser speed and my brother showed me how to overclock it and when i joined a server it was like a speed hack i was walking fast shooting fast etc is this considered cheating ? I think it is...you are using stuff that gives you an unfair advantage and that is cheating.
wow that komputer maybe is kinda good of yours so you cheating but you dont want i dont know how to fix this 
but even if i had a hack i wont cheat becouse the cheaters cant play thats why they uses hacks but is it somethink from the computer or somethin wrong in the game i think its the computer if he is fast but.... you should have very good internet connections for such playing without lags and stuff but super speeder

ok i think what the problem is my pc is running faster than before so it runs the program at the same speed but i dont wana go chaning nothing cuz it might mess my comp up ... HELP

cs2d accesses system functions to limit the speed to a certain fps rate. if these functions do not work properly cs2d does not work properly too. you have to change the system somehow in order to make it work.
