nobody said that this is the only thing I'll add. the gas mask did NOT cancel or delay the creation of anything else.I lol'd when imagined "CS2D v0.2.0.0" change log.

It would be just as heavy as the default m249, have the same rate of fire, but would do slightly more damage due to its larger caliber. It would also be more inaccurate since it has more recoil.
Better yet id recommend to just make it have the same spread as the current m249 and make the m249 slightly more accurate.
So, increase damage for less ammo cap. How about increasing the movement speed? Since there is less ammo to carry.

On the other hand, it works exactly as I expected so I think I cannot complain
M60:i holded it(chipped, so it wouldnt shoot) its heavy, and I dont think we need it. Be happy that DC has added gas mask

you want me to make it impossible to use both at the same time? I'm not going to do this.
it's possible in real life to use a gas mask and a night vision device at the same time (if they are built to work together). I see no reason to disallow the usage of both items at the same time.

Anyway, I think that the gas mask was quite a good idea. Obviously the next item is a stun gun. There has to be one.
DC: I think this is too much ask/beggin' for you DC but in my opinion I think you should add Controlled C4/Bomb (Can be Anti if player wearing Defuse kit or Anti-Items for this) and M60 - M249 has alone all his life (Original CS 1.X, CS:CZ, CS:S, CS:GO) So why we don't just give him a friend in CS2D ? That will be a big honor to him, I guess so.
