if the zombies took a bath and got brains and guns then yes(nah, instead of zombies, soldiers attack)
in fact, talk garbage all ye want, but counter strike still remains, and will remain, the best first person shooter ever made, with wolfenstein 3d just following behind
CS while not realistic will forever be the one of the best and classic team based FPS games since you actually need skill to play and win.
On top of that CS has all the best and 1st original mods like zombie mod which Valve ripped off of to make L4D just to show CS's popularity
Tho Valve has lately been letting the series be generalized and unoriginal.
CS was best when it was a mod at least back then it was fun. Valve started to let its quality drop after 1.6 for the sake of saving time which is understandable since they multi task when it come to their work.

Half the stuff that happens in the game would most likely not happen in real life. I honestly doubt the Russians would vote for the Ultranationalist Party (A.K.A: Soviet Union) again. I don't think that the Russians would also want to go to war with the Americans again. North Korea is a possibility but not as likely.
Either way, it was only a point of saying that just because something is set in the years we're living in doesn't always make it "real" or "true".
It has more fast action and in BF team work is more inportant.
And quickscoping returns

Battlefield series were nice, but i could only play Modern Combat (for PS2) and the earlier versions, so i haven't much to talk about.
And MW3, i still have hope. MW1 was the best, still the best for now, MW2 had 7 hours of gameplay, the same dramatic thing of JUMP FOR IT! *you fall like a retard*.
I hope they put some real war there, like the MW2 White House part.
