For websites, use Wordpress or Terapad
These are solutions free, w/o need of webhosting, now if you are willing to pay, you better start looking at other solutions like WYSIWYG (although I recommend learning HTML/CSS/PHP/JS), and upload to a webhost package.
it loads fast and it's too easy to use,
but if you want a professional clan site, like sh, bfe-2d, there's no website to do it you should do it your self
firtly you need a hosting; Bplaced.net, square7.ch < u can try these sites to get hosting,
then u need to download webspell script on webpsell.org
then download a theme you like, and send theme files to root folder of webspell,
and upload webspell to your website with FTP
now its time to install, use www.yoursite.com/install link to install,
it will ask you for some date base information you will create things about date base on your hosting panel.
