How to remove Win7 Home Security 2011?

it is trying to run everytime and viewing "Register Now!" with this link:
http : // fytypoqywu.com/ buy.html (made unclickable, don't visit)
(good fake of microsoft.com, don't you?)
And how to remove it? I have found its process - ydb.exe, but on shutdown of this program, it runs again...
