you want to find a image to use as icon,or want to know how to change the icon?

reshacker is ur friend, too.
Reshack would be the better way to go
That you can make cursors and animated cursors for you, and it's easy as paint, i recommend it (both programs has the same interface)

I change icons with IcoFX, it's a good program, works with transparency and other things... there is the AniFX too

I use aha-soft's tools for both.
P.S. don't know if its free, I got my from piratebay..
I think that if you put the icon hidden in the same folder that you will share, it works...
