does extracting files and puting it into the cs2d folder, for example i download super hero mod does it put all the lua sfx gfx into the right folder automaticly without me doing it.

not necessarily. it depends on the archive structure (are the files in the archive with correct folder names?) and on how the creator packed the files.

maybe it works, maybe not. extract the files manually if you're not sure.
