Probably an older topic, but infdev is out, although the SMP is still... new
And it has a standalone client, but still, ten Euro, to play the standalone ,you have to play online once (Mainly because anyone can download it lol, playing online once it a fail safe against pirating, even though you can get around that easily also, but not telling how, notch is a good programmer, don't want him to lose money :/)

You al lthinki i hate minecraft but i like it. I play it some years and it is good game. ONly problem is with notch. But some peoples opened my eyes and i think it should be ok. I dont going to buy it i can play minecraft infdev offline... you know what do i mean. I tjink it is awesome. I would like to make a notch to release the game fre to play with opinion to buy some features.
