Let's say, it is for the upcoming engineer update.
You probably have heard of or seen the "Law abiding citizen" movie (better if not). So what if our tf2 heroes were included in the cast?
Just imagine: the war is over, everybody has their own lives, engineer sits at home...

If you payed attention, at the end of the video is shows all the programs he used.
Yea it takes quite alot of time and effort to make this kind of video... I bet production time was like 3 days (with a good PC), that's my guess. Ah well, great videoclip. The guy(s) who made it is famous in my eyes... it can't be just one guy that made this video obviously... if I'm wrong then PM me.
