Write one yourself. This forum is written by DC, but it takes some PHP and MySQL skills to write one and you need webspace + mysql database (which you can get for free of course). Get a written forum from the internet. There are free versions like phpBB which you can upload to your webspace, install and use. There are also some which already are installed, you only need to create an account to get your own board. Don't know any site which does so at the moment, but you should google it perhaps

The forum is really cool in my opinion...
and because theres no sense why this forum is made or even for what it was made.
And because its made of some done forums
I made a custom Forum out of a build package. But I deleted it because no-one registered there.
and why they didn´t registered?
Because it was too a senseless forum about video games.

lol, im not against the idea on girls joining but lol i dont think there are many ladies here hehe
Not to advertise ,but the site has full tutorials on absolutely anything related to javascript , html ,css ,asp , xml and all stuff like that.Very well explained and if you have the time and the dedication you will learn from there..
