DC i have a 2 new ideas about trigers

1:Triger_Recharge, it will act like switch when it is activated in first time it will trigger other enities normally but after it triggered it the Trigger_Recharge can't be used again like Trigger_Once but only for a certain ammount of time, after that time has passed the trigger can be used again.

2:Trigger_Command, this entity will trigger other entities only if a certain command has been entered in console, could be useful for example for admins who wants to control their map.

1. you can use a trigger_delay and a trigger_use, the name of the trigger_delay is blub, so the triggername of t_use is blub. type in the delay the time (for recharge) and then you can use it, so you can make all 50 seconds a laser when you use the button. but you too must couple the trigger_delay with the env_item and choose there "only when triggered" and give him a name and set this name in the trigger case of _delay


in other words, you need a trigger_use(N°1), one trigger_delay(N°2) and a env_item (N°3)

But triger recharge trigers other entities instantly but after it does it cannot be used again for certain ammount of time. For example i want to create a canon that can shoot only when bullet at 10 sec.
so i will create following entities the sign -> means triggers .Button(but)->Trigger_Recharge(Rech-10SEC)->Env_Explode(boom). It means when i push button with name but it triggers Rech and Rech triggers Boom, but if i press button "but" again and 10sec haven't been passed the Rech will not triigger Boom unless 10sec have passed

Since this is called Cs2d max Suggestions i thought i would say something. I think we should be able to choose What weapon we want on the turret and what ever gun it is the More powerful the gun is the less life of the Percentage?

No, i said about other people ideas not DC's.
Trigger repeat, if i understand it correctly, would delay the time after the triggering something, before it runs off, you can't trigger. For that you have trigger_delay: if would be like this:

trigger_delay:
Name: delay<>Seconds: 5
Trigger: button

Trigger_delay:
Name: delay2<>Seconds: 0
Trigger: button

trigger_use:
Name: button
Trigger: doors,delay2,delay

func_dynwall:
Name: doors
Trigger

Now, the doors will be open, but you wont be able to close them for 5 seconds.

yes i have read it! why? i mean, u cannot buy laser, but you can buy awp, i was talking about a non-buyable weapon that shot normal bullets but whit a damage of 100 per shot whit no zoom, if you edit the awp damage whit mp_wpndmg ppl can still buy it, this weapon gonna make server admins work a lot easier, do you understand me? plz lets not start a discussion

EDIT: i forget i had a suggestion, and i dont want to double post, so here it is:

DC can u make a menu or a option to choose what weapons bots can use? like in cs 1.6 you can restrict or allow bots to use certain weapons types, and in previous versions there was a option in the bot menu that was "change weapons" but when u click the option a blank menu appears, and now you have removed it, so i tought you already have that in mind

another (kinda stupid but here it goes): if its not complicated, can u make possible to use shield whit a pistol? you can put the shield in one arm, and the pistol in the other, because you can switch quickly between shield and pistol whitout loosing your aim, and whit the shield in one arm, u have to move your player to deflect the bullets, then move again to shot the enemy

i was wondering that DC must add new weapons and players drive cars and more player suggestion.

and remove buy weapons only make them in map editor.

it will be soo sweat whit that i will play it every day.

Thing is, I just saw about the veichel thing, sorry about that. And the pistol Idea is pretty sweet, I never even heard of a USP, Elite, or Five-Seven before Counter Strike, thats why they should add more popular gun, such as the Colt .45. Even if they don't add a new pistol, I frankly don't care.

The usp is just like the cold 45! why do you need a col 45? The usp is almoust like colt 45 It think DC should add a pistol choise in the supply! like choosing a pistol that will be spawned near the supply! (thou maybe a bad idea) And about adding 1 new weapon is the Minigun with 500-5000 bullets and it dose by 50 damage 1 hit it will be the best gun just like the laser!
(but i dont think DC will do this gun )

rocket turrets could be fun... they should only be mapper-placed though. Maybe if implemented they could be like the rocket turrets in Portal. Pretty much, they take about 3 seconds to lock on to you and once they do, then they fire. You have to be pretty still for the turret to lock on though. Check out this Youtube vid to see what i mean.... (skip to :15 if youre impatient...)

You know the way you get into a game and the round starts and you get into a team and you dont start playing tahts kinda annoying if your late by a second so I think you should make like you can join the team for like 5-10 seconds like the spawn point is still open for some seconds

Ok, let's make this clear, making the game more imbalanced will bring more whiny players like me, and you, to this thread to complain to DC about blah blah blah being too over-powered or too unfair. Please Do Not Make Suggestions That You Know Are Impractical. Like you said, if you don't think DC will implement it (Honestly, that's even worse than a rocket turret). Please don't waste our time.
