I'm pretty sure most of you guys prefer servers without FoW. I like to know why.
And I'm much more interested in how much of you DO rather play with Fog of War.
Can't believe there are so few... FoW makes the game so much more fun and depending on good tactic.

I play without FoW, because FoW isn't like it was in CS2D more smooth. In CS2D max it's very sharp with FoW. Wonder if it'll be better with a couple of updates.

I dont play with it because its all squarish, it was really good in cs2d, but in Max it doesn't look good.

I loved to play with fog. It actually made CS2D more realistic for me as you can't spot enemies through certain walls. And of course, it requires a bit more strategy. I can't say much about Max, but overall I still love FoW.

I like to pay with FoW because it's more tactical, but atm nearly noone plays on the FoW servers so I have to play without FoW, but it is like playing CS 1.6 with a wallhack. But OK, playing without FoW is also helpful, cuz you improve your movement, aim and tactical shooting. But I hope the server will change to FoW (and usgn) durring the next months.

My reaction speed is very fast so that makes me even more skilled with fog of war on then fog of war off.
I prefer to play with fog of war but since alot of people will leave and whine to turn off fog, I have no choice.

I don't really care about the squares, infact they made my aim better then the more smooth fog.

I prefer with fow, but as lee said the fow on cs2d max is just to much of a distraction with all those squares.

I really don't care, I'd say either. I just don't like that you can see when someone is behind u when that person is really close, would be a lot better if you could see nothing behind u even when the player is right on you until he gets in front. us

In my opinion is fow a must.
Without you see youre enemy very soon and you dont have to listen to steps.
Also fow makes the game more tactical.
