So if you want to connect via your internet IP, you need to use the connect to IP button
And maybe you have dinamic ip adress?

guys i need help on my server. i started my made up server but when my friend come to my server the map fails to load. can someone help me??
did you put sv_maptransfer 1?
This addres dosnt work anymore,there is no download any more ! can you give me a new place where i can download dedicated server ?? Thanks

going in your browser then tools then "internet options"
then connections then LAN and look for port.
my port is 80 so then go in the cs2d game then click
options and then click NET lastly change the local port to 80 but if your port is different... change it to whatever your port is and your done.
Warning dont change your server port though your 36963 port in "newgame"
this helped me cause before no one could see it and it always was in lan even if it was not in lan. this is not for dedicated this is for server problems like no one seeing your server.
