Although I turn off all the effects. It still hard to move.
But my PC can play with all effects on with other Mods, even old Massive Mod.
you need moar ram
I love this Mod, and want to figure it out.
And I know this is no problem with my PC, because I can run old Massive Mod 3.0 very well.
Are there only DannyDeth and me have the lag problem?
whats your OS?
I use 4.5G which OS can't handle as RAM Driver for other tasks.
It should work great with that kind of RAM depending if your CPU and GPU is good too
I can run this game just fine on full settings with 4 gigsa ram on vista
And yeah the latest version
I suggest you low down the graphics a bit
the scripts take too much resources
So how and where do I check wether butterflies can still help you carry more stuff, cause I'm pretty sure now that they don't anymore.
a bit atleast
I am not gonna install S2 again for testing this because I am preoccupied with minecraft

I checked the changelog and there is nothing in there about butterflies. However, I also checked Builders comments when he posted the update and he said there is no changelog!

Butterflies do not help you carry in this version. Intended or not they just weigh 1g and look pretty. If you want you could change their weight in the sys folder to -100 or so but really I think they are supposed to be that way.

Ok. Where could you change it if you wanted to change it. I've looked in the sys folder but I don't know exactly what I'm looking for.
The file is called items_stuff.inf
Even though you can just edit the capacity of your whole rucksack, it would ruin the game in my POV.
