maybe cs2d have an internal ban code too.. I dont know! On Windows Register, we have to do something!

if we use the windows registry, first we'll basically be saying that the game is windows only, and second of all the hacker's will be able to find out how to get themselves unbanned in all of 2 or 3 seconds.
