The quality of the video doesn't change due to less frames per second...there are just less pictures token...>15 FPS are the minimum you should use...
oh, i didnt see his comment, i thought he meant reducing the resolution..
still, less fps = blocky movements, and im thinking that cs2d uses a pretty fluid movement so significantly reduced fps will result in a vid that no one wants to watch
