uprate rate
Changes the uploading rate for movements
Parameters: rate: uploading rate 1 (high) - 5 (very low)
When you are asked to Uprate, the server or player is asking you to make sure the command uprate 1 has been entered in the console (default key is "~") for your game. This sets your uploading rate to the highest (fastest), decreasing lag/ping/latency.
It is often easiest to open the file autoexec.cfg, in your CS2D folder, using a text editor such as Notepad, and adding the command uprate 1 to the bottom line, and saving. That way, everytime you start the game, you will automatically be set to the highest uploading rate for online play.
In the autoexec.cfg thingy.. there already is a thing that says Uprate.. do I just add the number 1 to the end of it? or do I create a new like saying Uprate 1?
New line (that is what I said in the first place... "[add] the command uprate 1 to the bottom line"). Meaning go to the bottom empty line and type that command, disregarding any other text in the autoexec.cfg.
