hi, i saw a server that was like hell customized.
its name was ||acid||deathmatch server or something.
it had respawns every time u die and like auto kick if 700 ping. u also started off with loads of money, kevlar and helm, ak-47 and stuff

and there was messages like "player is on rampage!" and "welcome to ACID SERVER!"

how can i do this with my server?

no dude i dont mean customize settings.. im talking about CS2D normal version.. there was a guy who hosted a server and he made it so that u start off with unlimited money and u can respawn every time u die and stuff.. he also had server messages every time u go on a killing spree..

stuff like that! plz i wanna know how 2 do that

it could be a script maded by that guy and he uses it 4 his server.... there are still no post with such script in unrealsoftware so i dont know where can you find it :"(

#1: If you do not know how to make a mod dont even bother asking im pretty sure you dont know how to because you won't even register on the forums ;/.

#2: It was a mod made from cs2d_0101 source codes. The mod was made by TMK for Copy. It's still regular cs2d with just some minor edit's in it. Not only doe's it work with regular cs2d but also with cs2d gold. Im not sure if he runs it on cs2d g seeing as how it shows up on cs2d servers and cs2d gold servers usually dont do that. As well the only mod he seems to use is deathmatch.

#3: If you want it so badly you can ask him but I guarantee he won't give it out. If you like it so badly made your own version otherwise just wait until someone wants to release it or just continue playing on his server.

P.S One of the bad things about it is you need a good CPU to handle all the useless weapons on the floor because it will cause lag. That's why that server seems laggy at times.

there is a way for the mods to be compatible with cs2d, the only thing to do is to get the source code and make ur own mod, and then recompile it

of course, this is not the one used by copy since this version has a totally different deathmatch

PS: you will se servers only when they play "the changed cs2d" and people who join your server will only be those ones wich are playing "the changed 2D"

think a bit .......if it was a MOD that means that everyone can create speed hack! but if you change something from the source code to make your speed hack you will se that there will be no servers.

Izvod:it thinks it for another game not cs2d changed source code!

Copy has a deathmatch in his mod and its servers are compatible with the cs2d game which makes it compatible with the cs2dg servers.

Even if the game is different it will still work because the maps are the same. Plus all of them still have the same gameplay just a different buy menu thus making your theory go *poof*

its the new cs2dg version he uses to make the servers, he edited the cs2dg source code to make it use the same servers as CS2D

-.-, if u guys wud search this forum, this theory came up a long time ago, each cs2d has its own ver variable to determine wut kind of game it is, KOGN has written a PHP script that can detect this (go to his site and see), u might wanna ask him how HE DID IT (cough cough) to find out how u might be able to make cs2dg compatible with cs2d -.-

Well, I think I got the answer.
He must have tweaked it. You must install the CS2Dg into your normal CS2D folder, without creating a subfolder for it.

I think...
Not 100% sure though, but I once did this with a mod and it worked.
See if that works.
