Hello all. Before 2 or 3 days i saw unusuall bug on the net (i never saw this before).
I saw this:
"sectactors: "
then i just thout it is becouse of the lag..
then the spectator list disapeared and then someone with no name (not any character in his name only a free sace) and thi was a player not a lag...
Dc if you are able,please fix this in the new cs2d....
PS:sorry if my spelling mistakes are much...i have a new keyboard and it's keys aren very in use yet...

As for bug reports... I found some too, just wanted to report them, so I think it's good topic to report them:
1. You can see enemy shooting, or moving knife, footsteps... (IN THE FOG)
2. There are some shi*y things with names... You can have name like that " " (without qoutes), and similar names must be changed to Player(1), Player(2), becouse now - it's imposible to kick right player from the game if they both have same names.

the footsteps in the fow is the only strategic element of some of the snow covered maps so do not take those away, they are great strategic markers

yes, the names are annoying but u shud not use "kick Player" or use a name in general

steps to kick people:

listplayers

Player(1)
Name(2)
someone(5)

kick 5

*Player left the game (kicked)

For reconnects, messages and changing team...

u can try remembering their orders, or u can just kick one and if thats not the right one, kick another one till u get to the ryt one, not that big of a lost

yesterday i just played in a cs2d druglab map server and the terros got names like
1.www.CS2D.com.br
2.www.CS2D.com.br
3.www.CS2D.com.br
4.www.CS2D.com.br

yeah i had the same when I played and 2-3 hackers named themselves www.cs2d.com.br

No bug, just lagg.

Why not ban?

Like this:

Use the console command:
listplayers
--------------
then you'll get the list then you write their "id" number after you have written "banid" like this for example, "banid 1". That will ban the first player who joined your server, and while doing this you must write "kick 1" to kick him.

I usually do that with laggers.

And I think bugs just come because of the lagg, I'm sure on that.

Than use listplayers like kimkat explained!
When u tipe listplayers in console, this "InuYoshiBrazil" willapperar on the list. Then u see numbers infront of this name. U type ban 1 (we say that the player "inuyoshibrazil" has this id.) and then u type kick 1!
Then the player is banned.

THis "i think it's not a good idea to kick yourself " wink comes when u dint type in the name right.
