I dont think it should be a problem.
Either you simply have to log of so she can logon
Or use different browsers (FF and Seamonkey,e.g.) and this should go.
Though I admit it's better you mentioned it before, so we know this

of course she can do this - at least if there is a real second person since it is not allowed to have two accounts for one and the same person. if you are just pretending that there is a second person using this account you are violating the rules and have to be banned.
