Hello everyone, long time you guys don't see me but I'm still here with our(me and user Gaios) project; Last Light, like my Outlast project but this time with new story, new maps, new graphics, new gameplay(not as much). I have helpers and more experience now, so It should be better than my previous projects.

We did complete 30% of that project, it still in progress. We want to inform it to you guys previously and we need some ideas that what should We do in the horror mod.

We're trying to do the best of our best. There will be 3-4 episodes and you guys can play it but first, we need to complete the mod. Don't forget it, we're always open for the new ideas.

NOTE: Last Light is canceled because of Gajos's childish shits. He never care this project. If you want to learn more informations about that, ask to Gajos but you will just listen some lies.

Regards,
Masea

user _oops: Of course, it is dude.

user Dousea: Don't forget it, you're looking 30% completed mod. Nothing is finished. I will try to make it more creepy, but it's hard as well.

Thanks everyone! I am just seeing "Good luck!"s there, but we need more than good lucks; like new ideas.

I like the idea of everything being too dark to see, but I'd prefer it if fog was off and that there was a giant env_room covering the map which instead was total darkness. The flashlight would then be your line of sight so to speak. It'd be awesome and even scary.

user Dousea: I didn't want a reason for why you said "good luck" from you.

there're tons of mods that never will be finished

It doesn't mean this mod won't finish. If you are going to say "good luck" just for that reason, then don't do this, please. But anyways, thank you.

user Yates: First and smart idea. Thanks, we will use it.

@user Lobwver, @user BcY: Well you can do it with cheep jumpscares for sure.

@user Masea: I said "good luck" because there're tons of mods that never will be finished, so I'm hoping for you to finish this "first professional horror" mod.

Dude i dont find jumpscares scary not at all. It's cheap as you said.I think even on 2d;sound effects&visual effects&map atmosphere can assure the horror potential.Am i wrong?

The menu looks awesome, also you can add some other sound effects like crying or rises.
Other, can change the background everytime that the light turns out.
A clear room.
A bloody room.
A sewer.
A butchery.
And other varibles.

Btw a corpse in the mid of the first screen give a really creepy impression, but maybe kills the suspense of the first encounter with the creepy stuff.

Sorry if my english sucks

If you don't like the changeable background you can add some mobile things, like a shadow that pass really fast though the room

Great effort you've put in the project so far and I'm glad you haven't left your work at doing mods in the abyss. Definitely will test this modification at a spare time for futher bugs in case if you ever need help at testing. Not really the best into giving significant ideas but I would suggest that when the flashlight depleted out its power, the chance goes higher at being dumped into a jumpscare or such.
