I don't get your point at all and paying 5$ to the fixer from your Steam Wallet is quite vague. Steam Wallet DOES NOT accept transfer of money to other parts such as Paypal, Bank account or such, your wallet will stay forever there to buy games and other stuff on Steam only. You cannot give to someone cash from your Wallet as is impossible. That's quite self-explanatory, really.

Secondly, if there is a minor issue / bug then what about if you show the code here? There are plenty of people who can help you out.
