I know it has been down for months (5 or so).Is it possible that my client cannot reach the server (i have used i.p. some time ago which started with 65.*).Help will be appreciated

Well, not sure 100% but I think the owner decided to not host this server anymore (due to mass DoS attacks or something like that).

DraftCity was closed due to massive DoS attack as user

GeoB99 said. That was not the only reason though. The Admins decided to close it since they had a life. Anyways, it will be opened soon (when I find a host).
