Well , i'll go straight to the subject.
Actually i don't know why but i can't find/join a mix/match server. I guess i can post the ip of the server aussuming that i want your help. This isn't advertising. (censor/delete it if is forbbiden)

I made some tests alongside with my friends , they firstly joined the server then i tried to join through the friends panel and i got the "Server Timeout" error. They succesfuly joined the server... but me ... nah.
Oh and i can find/join the server from my notebook , but i can't from my PC.
I hope to get some answers to solve this problem.
Thanks in avance ! Probably either the server is too far from your location or it is not fully port forwarded so there are some or few people who aren't able to join this server (i.e. like you). By the way, is this happens only to this server or to most of the CS2D's servers? I don't know if it happens to other servers. Probably not.
This server is hosted somewhere in Europe so this wholdn't be a problem , because im from EU too. It appears to be based in Paris, France.
Maybe the server does not accept connections from you (or your country maybe)? I don't think so. My Romanian friends can connect here.

Rainoth: Server is localized in Roubaix but this is nevermind.
I think server provider blocked your IP address. Type tracert 37.187.168.115 in command prompt and send output on pastebin. I'll try to contact with Pukawka why they don't accept your connections. I tried everything and i still can't find/join server. 
It's so frustrating 'cause all mixes are hosted there ...
