Get a VPN, TunnelBear or whatever.. or just open your cmd
write /ipconfig release then /ipconfig /renew
This actually works rarely sometimes because some ISP's doesn't allow ipchanging everytime. (this changes ur ipv4)
For an account stealing problem:
I'm not joking this time, change your password everyday.

PS: After some searches for trying to fix I need Milk hacking from Gajos. I had the idea to search the darkness for sure if not public, if it was i could report it instantly to dc :p.
