run other script while server is running

re-start the server with another lua for a very long time. is there a way to run other lua when the server is already running?

Your title was incomplete. I replaced it with a complete & shorter one /DC

type in console:

lua dofile("%PATH_TO_SCRIPT%");

but be aware that the old script will still run.
If you know lua you an extend scripts with an unload function.
