Yeah i can make it but is long to make.

Its easy man! You can simply search old threads with same description like yours, otherwise just download an Admin Script and check the code to see an example. Simply get administration scripts, they've got ban and kick commands. @
Talented Doge: He wants a menu for kick and ban , not commands. Uh, I think there is admin script that has menu for ban and kick too, such as HC admin script?
