Its not working if you collect it as far as I remember.

Ist very poor that this things (kevelar+helmet, Nightvision, healthpacks, ETC..) don`t work!
Maybe in a new CS2D they will work.
But Nobody knows!
Better than their mods...like Cs2Dn, Cs2dp and others...
