Such a loss of money for hotel wifi

So i rented a hotel for vacation (10 days nothing more..)
They mentioned that they have Wifi , so i decided to buy it.
It was only 20$..
I started using their internet for about 1 day then it went down and they said "Technical problems.." so i didn't had any choice except to bring up my phone.
And start a wifi hotspot..
I connected to it , released , renewed , all'd and flushed the dns. But i just had internet for like 5 minutes then it just lost internet..Then i cleared the winsock using netsh command on windows.
After the restart the internet was all good..
The 5 minute problem was gone.
And there am i paying less than 30 cents for 5mbp/s unlimited wifi per month.
So if you need a hotel with wifi but you cant find any all you need is a computer running windows , a phone with wifi hotspot feature and unlimited wifi ..Then you just start it and execute a few commands in cmd.
5 out of 20$ were for the non-functional internet.
Such a loss of money when you can bring the internet WHERE EVER you are at any time.
Screw hotel wifi anyways.
You can have a cute little phone next to you that offers you free wifi connection UNDER 30 cents per month (well for me its under 30 cents).
