It's to keep up-to-date with more capable and functionable phones I guess. I personally think it's pretty self-explanatory but yea of course it's always a "why should I do this?" in everything every once and a while I must agree partially to what you said there too.Why do you guys (and girls) always need the latest smartphones?
I personally got a Samsung Galaxy Ace and a Samsung Galaxy Gio. Both smartphones were purchased more or less by my ex-gf and yea I have to say they're decent but they're actually starting to mess up real badly lately due to all hackers that are around. My phone malfunctions during calls and sometimes it shuts itself off for no apparent reason, so it's pretty sad the Google Market is filled with malicious software instead of useful software which is a bit of a downside with new technology I reckon. I probably will buy a new phone (without a deal) as soon as my smartphone deal ends which would be this year else I'll have to file a complaint to Samsung for extending the period for up to 3 years but said duration was 2 years.
These telecompanies really do anything to mess with your economy, so you can't really trust them at all. That's my personal experience at least, so I can't speak for the rest of people that do not have these issues as the business world is very shady anyways and will try to get away with anything. But oh well, if you have time and money buy a phone cold cash that's my recommendation.
I am completely satisfied with the dual-core processor that runs at 1.7Ghz inside my S4Mini which is for me enough for everything I might do on it.
I will count the days from now on until I can see more S5 owners than S4 owners in my school. The most recent reason people buy a brand new phone is because it's the newest, best looking and fastest with shittons of functions. They're like "Look, I haz new S5. Me is supercewl nao." It's fucking annoying.
the only feature that worths buying in s5 is that it can survive underwater for like 30 minutes. i don't know if u can use it while being underwater though, but u can still take underwater videos.
i'd rather suggest all of you to support sony a bit more they're offering good quality phones for usual prices.
e.g.: Xperia Z up to Z2 series.
they're actually all better than samsung phones will ever be. stable, no software shits, no lags, no senseless features noone needs which will slowen the whole phone for no reason and so on. Could tell you a bunch of things which are a reason to not buy any samsung stuff anymore but i think these are the main things.
i myself and my whole family have samsungs and HTC.first of all i don't like samsung cuz after the first months it gonna jam and restart it self or it get slower when it get full.the scrin is not that good it shows pictures unrealistic.camera is better than Nokia and HTC.i never buy a waterproof cellphone because im careful enough not to throw my phone in water!or swiming with it! (and you can rescue our phone if you put a wet phone in Rice,it will suck the water out.)
i want to change my cellphone too but i gonna wait till iphone6 releases(who knows, maybe apple new manager will make everybody amazed!if that does't happen i will buy HTC or maybe samsung! )
[1]: Okay, it can show a dead guy is alive and someone who ran 100 meters top speed is chilled, but the point is that it's there, taking up space and resources!
[2]: Okay, it can be fooled by anyone and bypassed to make PayPal purchases and everything and does not work all the time, but at least you can say you have one!
