Guess you already have some knowledge about luascripts.

Just add a new npc with new menu function and add a addition-/decrease function button and safefile (.txt) for the stacked value.

@user BestMan: Use the PLAYERS table, add a new variable called Bank or something so it gets saved. Then call the money amount of the player and bank so you can compare them (depending on withdrawal or deposit).

Make sure you eliminate shit like 0.00001, nil, nul, inf, -[value] etc.
