I'm glad that DC is developing a new project Stranded 3 ...
But USGN shows that most of players play at CS2D servers...not at Stranded or Carnage

Your post is not really informative. Players can't even play Stranded 3 because it's not out yet. How do you know that S3 will have less players when it comes out than CS2D has now? Perhaps there are 172 CS2D players online now, but as soon as s3 gets released there are 300+ players online in S3!

You are not the first one asking for it. DC said that Stranded III is top priority and perhaps after it is finished, he will work on other projects. You should respect his work and effort. The numbers only show, that only CS2D can be played online (no other servers).

If that were the case - then stranded versions 1 and 2 would have been a server at this moment... but no matter how good a game ... it is not so popular as cs2d

No, Stranded 1 and 2 would NOT have a server. They are singleplayer only. Do you even inform yourself before posting such stuff?
Yes, of course, S2 has a multiplayer mod, but unrealsoftware doesn't count users playing it because it's just a third party mod.

You mean cs2d. I think 70% of unreal users waiting for next CS2d version and 30% waiting for S3. Someone could make a thread with poll: CS2d or S3. Sad but true.

I dont want to argue about it, but even if it is true, it has some connection with CS2D being multiplayer and a bit more recent.

Because it's just a hobby and time is limited. I'm aware that people want updates. I'm also aware that it's very important to update CS2D soon because there have been so many new ways to crash it recently. You really don't have to tell me. The point is that I just didn't have the time to work on any hobby project recently.
