You got good ideas here that would be much better used in a game of your own, really. Even if you finished the mod and everything, I'm pretty sure it would be laggy as hell no matter what you do. This game has its limitations and it simply won't do what you want it to do, at least not like how you expect.
Yes, it runs just fine when you test it alone on a local server, but once you take it online, you will see how laggy it is. And like @ Mora said, you won't have much of an audience here. It's not about laziness and nobody is whining.
It would be much better for you to take your work and use it on a game engine and make your own game. You put effort on your graphics. If you do the same for the gameplay, then you can make a good game that can be successful and give you good profit.
Anyways, I'm just telling you. If you still want to make this as a mod for CS2D, then go ahead, but don't be surprised when it doesn't work out how you expected. You don't have to give up, but if you used all this stuff for your own game then you would see that all the time you spent on this would be much more worth it.
