Before somebody is coming to help you should give some more info:
Which programming language are you working in? (okay it's based on CS:S, so I think it's the same...) Are you just at the start or have you done something so far? What does a worker have to do? Should he do GFX, Code, Models...And avoid double-postings the next time.
