Who are good Scripts Creator and could create script.
I need script which makes Fog of war Alpha 90%
I could change it on my Cs2D setting but it will be just for me.
I need That script which makes it for all users on my server.
If anybody have or know this Script Write code in comments Sorry, that can not be made with lua or by server configuration at all. It can be changed only if player will do it in his own settings. You can only allow or disallow fog of war in server's settings. Avo User

I don't think it's possible (except lagging lua images), because CS2D's lua is server-sided. You would need to create a hud image and rotate it every ms100 I guess. Not sure if it would lag, it's basically just changing the rotation. @
UgnsLTU112: The only solution is as Yates put it (even then, it would be extremely slow), there's no way you could change alpha. Sorry. That's possible But i can't tell you how to do it
